Aldi has casually dropped us some big news about its advent calendars for 2020! There is SO much to tell you!
First of all, there are LOTS of new calendars coming. Take a look at these:

- Bee Happy Craft Advent Calendar
- O’Donnell’s 12 Days of Irish Country Cream Calendar
Wow. And this is just the tip of the Advent Calendar iceberg.
As you probably know, Aldi has caused quite the stir in the past few years with its wine and cheese advent calendars. In the past couple of years, beer, sparkling wine and toy advent calendars were added to the mix.
And in 2020, Aldi will offer more than 20 different Advent calendar varieties.
The popular Countdown to New Year’s Sparkling Wine advent calendar will be back, along with toy and pet versions.
So when will these Aldi advent calendars go on sale?
Aldi says that is will celebrate the first annual “National Advent Calendar Day” on Nov. 4 — the first Wednesday in November, when the 2020 Wine Advent Calendar and many of the others will be released.
Some of the calendars will have later release dates — rolling out throughout November and early December. Here’s a look at the current schedule:

An Advent Calendar is only for 24 days, from December 1 to 24. As a countdown to Christmas, each day a little window or box is opened, revealing something appropriate for the season.
Bring back stroopwafel, please. The good one with bourbon vanilla cream.
