We’re predicting these cable knit scarves will be a big hit at Aldi this week!
First things first, let’s get this out of the way. The brand new Sparkling Wine Calendar is being released at Aldi on Dec. 4! We are excited to get our hands on this calendar, which contains seven mini bottles of sparkling wine — one for each evening of the week between Christmas and New Year’s! We have all the details on the Aldi Sparkling Wine Calendar here.
Cable Knit Scarves
These Serra Ladies’ Cable Knit Infinity Scarves sell for $4.99, which is an amazing price for anything cable knit! These scarves are available in four colors — the red and mustard shown here, and gray and navy. They are made of 100% acrylic, and measure 61 inches by 15 inches. While you are picking up your favorite color in the cable knit scarves for yourself, we’re thinking these would also make a great office Secret Santa gift!
Wine Bottle Sweaters
It’s not often that something gets a repeat mention in our Aldi Must-Haves, but we’re making an exception for these Merry Moments Ugly Sweater Wine Bottle Covers. While they are obviously cute to use for their intended purchase — wrapping a wine bottle gift, members of the Aldi Aisle of Shame Facebook Group have been sharing some other clever uses this week! It turns out these $2.99 wine bottle sweaters fit 18-inch dolls (think American Girl), and could also be used to dress up your Elf on the Shelf.
Chocolate Drizzled Caramel Corn
The holiday season means new “limited edition” Clancy’s snack foods. We are particularly enamored with this white and dark drizzled Caramel Corn, which sells for $2.99. And we’re excited to try the dipped Peppermint Pretzel Stars, which are priced at $1.99. (We saw a name brand version of these over the weekend for more than twice that price!)
Holiday Cheese Collection
This Aldi holiday cheese is almost two cute to eat. Almost. These three cheddar cheeses wrapped in wax are 6 ounces each. The Emporium Selection Holiday Truckle Cheese Assortment sells for $3.99 each.
While we’re on one of our favorite topics, cheese, this Emporium Selection Baking Brie comes with its own ceramic baking dish, which the package says is reusable. This Aldi Seasonal Favorite is priced at $6.99. It is available in two flavors — cranberry or honey pecan.
Huntington Home Weighted Blanket
This Aldi Weighted Blanket is likely to sell out quickly in store! This 12-pound version is priced at just $39.99. Weighted blankets are said to relieve anxiety and promote relaxation.
Merry Moments Holiday Throws
We’ll admit it: Our expectations were low for these Merry Moments Holiday Throws. Priced at just $4.99, we expected the low price meant these would be a thin, cheap polar fleece. We were so pleasantly surprised to see (and feel!) these in store! These 50 inch by 60 inch throw blankets have a thick, plush, velvety feel. They look so much more expensive than they are!
Grandi Mori Prosecco
This Grandi Mori Valdobbiadene Prosecco is the White of the Month at Aldi. It’s priced at $10.99. If you need to take wine to a holiday celebration this month, this bubbly could be a contender.
Aldi has a lovely collection of copper barware for holiday entertaining in the Aisle of Shame this week. The collection includes an ice bucket and a couple of cocktail shakers, as well as Moscow Mule mugs, wine glasses and tumblers. It’s worth a look if you’re in the market to outfit your bar.
Specially Selected French Macarons
A whole box of macarons for less than the price of two of these French meringue cookies in bakeries around the country? We’ll bite. This collection, priced at just $4.99, includes six macaron flavors: pistachio, raspberry, lemon, vanilla, chocolate and caramel. You’ll find these in the freezer section.
Breakfast Ham Slices
We’re filing this under “Things We Don’t See at Aldi Every Day.” This package of Appleton Farms Breakfast Ham Slices is convenient for that holiday brunch you’re hosting.
Clancy’s Popcorn Kernels
Popcorn kernels are not a regularly stocked item at Aldi, so we stock up on these Clancy’s Popcorn Kernels whenever we find them in store as an Aldi Find.
That’s our lucky 13 list of Aldi Finds this week! What are you most excited to buy?
I can’t wait to get in there tomorrow.
