Copycat Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites Are Coming Back to Aldi

These Sous Vide Egg Bites are likely to sell quickly at Aldi!

There are two things that are guaranteed anytime I visit my local Starbucks:

  1. I will be surprised when they give me my total.
  2. They will be sold out of my favorite flavor of egg bites. (It’s the bacon and gruyere version, just in case the Starbucks powers-that-be are listening. MAKE MORE, please.)

But my egg bite woes are solved now, at least for the next week.

Aldi is bringing back its copycat version of the Starbucks sous vide egg bites!

Aldi is selling a two-pack of these little protein-packed wonders under the Park Street Deli brand.

They are made with cage-free egg whites and are available in two flavors:

  1. Spinach and Feta
  2. Uncured Bacon and Swiss (which is close enough to my beloved Starbucks Bacon & Gruyere. That’ll do, Aldi. That’ll do.)

These Aldi Finds are coming back to stores the week of Feb. 10, that’s Feb. 7 for stores with a Sunday ad switchover.

They will sell for $2.79 (food prices can vary by store), which is a substantial savings over the $4.45 I’m used to paying for the Starbucks version.

Are you eating low carb? Have you tried the new flavors of Aldi Parmesan Crisps?
