S’mores Cookie Thins Exist, and I’m Hiding the Bag from my Kids

We predict S’mores Cookie Thins will be your new favorite snack!

A few seasons ago, Aldi did a thing. Aldi is always doing things, but this was a snack thing, and the snack is good.

Benton’s Cookie Thins — crispy crunchy little sweet treats. Eat a couple, and you could satisfy your sweet tooth without going overboard.

But let’s be honest here, we rarely stop at a couple. In fact, they come in a resealable bag, and we’re not sure why.

You can find the Aldi cookie thins in toasted coconut or chocolate chip with the other cookies Aldi stocks year-round.

But oh, my friends, this summer. Aldi is bringing the snacks this summer.

And what is the favorite snack of summer in the good ol’ US of A? I think lots of us would say s’mores. Those graham cracker-y, chocolaty, gooey marshmallow-y campfire treats really have no rival. But making them can be complicated — I mean, if you do it right it requires an open flame, y’all — and they can be a mess to eat.

Enter Aldi with S’MORES COOKIE THINS.

Yes, you read that right. I can’t wait to get my hands on these, and I’m telling you right now — I’m not sharing.

Look for these new s’mores snacks beginning in early June. You will probably find them with the Aldi Finds food at your store or near the cash registers, rather than in the regular cookie aisle.

Oh! I almost forgot to mention — there’s another new flavor!

Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins will also be available. Yep! We’re definitely buying both.
