Crash pillows are basically just enormous pillows designed for lounging. Perfect for reading, napping, or gaming, these soft monstrosities are a popular choice for living rooms, rec rooms, or kid’s rooms.
The Lounge & Co Crash Pillow, now available on Costco.com for $149.99, is six feet long and over four feet wide. It takes “body pillow” to a whole new level.
Some Costco Warehouse locations keep these gigantic pillows in stock, but inventory is limited due to high demand. I couldn’t find them at my local Costco, for example, but other shoppers have spotted them at Warehouse locations around the country.
Despite the picture above, these pillows typically come packed in boxes, making them easier to carry and ship…
Be sure to grab a cart for the box though, as they’re apparently very heavy…
And If you’re really trying to get cozy, Costco also sells a Crash Pillow Bundle from the same company, which includes the large pillow, a throw blanket, and an additional smaller pillow for $229.99.
Pricing & Sales
Costco first started selling this giant pillow back in 2021 at just $119.99. Unfortunately, the price has gone up by about $30 since then to its current tag price of $149.99. It gets a little more expensive each year, so if you think you might want to invest in this comfy lounger, you’d better jump on it now (get it?).
In fact, you might even be able to find these pillows for sale at certain Costco locations. Toward the end of 2022, one customer managed to snag one for just $89 at their local Costco.
The best time to look for a sale price on a Costco Crash Pillow is around the end of the year, right before the holidays.
Can You Buy This Crash Pillow Outside The US?
If you live in Canada, you can buy a round version of the Lounge & Co Crash Pillow from Costco.ca. It’s five feet wide, making it a slightly different size and shape, but it’s also a bit more expensive. This round crash pillow is currently priced at $189.99 CAD on Costco Canada’s website.
Finally, if you’re a Costco shopper living in Australia, you can find the rectangular version of the Lounge & Co Crash Pillow or “crash pillow lounger” for sale at Costco Australia for $269.98 AUD. Unfortunately, the pillow is currently out of stock on Costco.com.au, but you might be able to find inventory in stores.\
