We can’t believe the price of these coffee plants at Aldi!
Heaven know we enjoy buying plant babies, and plant baby supplies, and shelves on which to display plant babies … at Aldi.
And one of the reasons we started collecting house plants is because of the great prices Aldi has on their ever-changing selection.
We were super stoked last fall when Aldi offered fiddle leaf figs for 1/3 the price you would expect to pay elsewhere. But, fiddle leaf figs are famously finicky.
If you are more of a low-maintenance plant parent, you should check into this new Aldi deal! Starting Sept. 9, Aldi will have coffee plants!
Aldi Coffee Plants
That’s right … the plant responsible for your beloved cup of morning joe has become the house plant everyone wants.
Why would you grow coffee in a pot indoors, you ask?
Well, just take a look at them! Coffee plants have bright, lush foilage. But the real reason they are the most popular girl in school right now is because they flourish in indirect light, and they only need watering every 7-10 days.
But, just so you know, it’s unlikely your store-bought house plant will ever grow coffee beans. If you expect pretty and not functional, you won’t be disappointed.
These popular house plants are becoming hard to find in many areas, and they have been flying off the shelves at Trader Joe’s. Expect them to go quickly when they hit your U.S. Aldi store!
How many plant babies have you adopted from Aldi? Show them off in our Aldi Aisle of Shame Facebook Group!
