Yes, Aldi has low-carb tortillas that are regularly stocked! This means you can find them in-store all the time, they are a core product, not an Aldi Find.

The price of low-carb tortillas at Aldi varies by store.

Instacart currently has them listed for $3.59 for a 12oz package of 8 tortillas. This price is almost always elevated from the price in-store. We would expect to see Aldi low-carb tortillas priced at around $2.99— we will update this post once we have confirmed pricing.

Who makes Aldi tortillas?

The low-carb tortillas at Aldi are sold under the Aldi private label Fit & Active. Currently, we don’t have any information on who actually manufactures these tortillas.

Aldi Low Carb Tortillas Recipe

One of our favorite recipes to make with Light & Fit low-carb tortillas is “better for you” Mexican pizza. This recipe can be modified to omit the refried beans if they do not fit your lifestyle.

Mexican Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Light & Fit Low Carb Flour Tortillas (2 for each Mexican pizza)
  • Ground Beef
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Refried Beans
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Green Onion
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Vegetable Oil

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown and crumble ground beef. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water (as directed on the packet) to cooked ground beef. Simmer until thickened.
  3. In another large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add tortillas, one at a time, cooking for 3-4 minutes and flipping frequently, until nice and crisp. Set aside.
  4. On each tortilla, spread a layer of refried beans, followed by a layer of cooked ground beef.
  5. Place another cooked tortilla on top of the ground beef. Spread 2 tablespoons of enchilada sauce on top. Add shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Place the pizzas on a large nonstick baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes, black olives and green onion. Enjoy!
