The Best ALDI Finds Under $10 Coming to Shelves This October

October is shaping up to be one of ALDI’s busiest food months of the year.

The fall lineup starts with pumpkin spice and Halloween favorites, moves into some surprisingly interesting freezer finds, and by the end of the month, Thanksgiving food is already taking over the aisle.

There are plenty of genuinely new products mixed in, but some of the best things coming back are longtime seasonal favorites that ALDI shoppers wait for every year.

Here are the October finds worth knowing about before your next ALDI run.

Contents

1. Happy Farms Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese — $2.29

1. Happy Farms Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese — $2.29

Returning October Find

This is one of those ALDI fall products that has quietly developed a loyal following.

Unlike some pumpkin-spice foods where cinnamon and nutmeg overpower everything else, shoppers who have bought this in previous years say there is actually a noticeable pumpkin flavor underneath the spice.

The bigger surprise is how sweet it runs. That works well on a toasted bagel, but several shoppers have treated it more like a dessert spread than traditional cream cheese.

One particularly good idea we’ve seen is using it as an easy shortcut frosting for cinnamon rolls.

It would also make sense with brioche, graham crackers or even swirled into cheesecake filling.

For $2.29, this is one of the easiest fall items to toss into the cart.

2. Specially Selected Pumpkin Spice Sliced Brioche — $4.49

2. Specially Selected Pumpkin Spice Sliced Brioche — $4.49

Returning October Find

ALDI has been bringing this French-made brioche back for several fall seasons, and it is easy to understand why.

The bread itself has the soft, airy texture you expect from brioche, while ribbons of pumpkin-spice flavor run through each slice.

The best comparison we found from longtime shoppers is somewhere between pumpkin pie and sweet breakfast bread.

But the real reason people keep buying it is French toast.

A thick slice of pumpkin brioche browned in butter and topped with maple syrup sounds considerably more interesting than regular sandwich bread.

Pairing it with ALDI’s Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese would also make a very easy fall breakfast.

3. Specially Selected Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli — $2.99

3. Specially Selected Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli — $2.99

Returning Favorite

This may not look as exciting as the Halloween-shaped pizzas or pumpkin desserts, but it has one of the strongest track records of anything coming back this month.

The ravioli is filled with ricotta and smoked mozzarella, and that smoky cheese flavor is what keeps appearing in positive reviews.

It’s richer and more interesting than a basic cheese ravioli without becoming difficult to pair with sauce.

Brown butter and sage would probably be our first choice, although pesto, marinara and a light cream sauce all work.

At $2.99, it’s also one of the best dinner values on this list.

4. Mama Cozzi’s Ghost-Shaped Halloween Pizza — $5.29

Returning October Favorite

Come for the ghost shape, stay for the sauce.

ALDI’s Ghost Pizza uses mozzarella, black olive eyes and a marinara mouth, but the part previous reviewers repeatedly praise is the creamy white sauce underneath the cheese.

That gives it a different flavor from the usual frozen cheese pizza and seems to be the reason adults enjoy it almost as much as kids do.

Past reviewers have also given the crust good marks for getting crisp around the edges.

This could easily become Halloween-night dinner before everyone heads out for candy.

5. Mama Cozzi’s Pumpkin-Shaped Halloween Pizza — $5.29

aldi pumpkin pizza

Returning October Find

The Pumpkin Pizza has actually had an interesting evolution.

An older version used butternut squash sauce, but ALDI later switched to a more traditional marinara base.

The current-style pizza uses cheddar along with mozzarella, which gives it a little more sharpness than the Ghost Pizza.

Between the two, the Ghost tends to get more attention for its creamy sauce, while this one tastes more like the familiar pizza most kids expect.

We wouldn’t be surprised if plenty of families simply grab one of each.

6. Season’s Choice Sweet Potato Casserole With Praline Topping — $4.99

6. Season's Choice Sweet Potato Casserole With Praline Topping — $4.99

Returning Holiday Favorite

If you only grab one Thanksgiving side from ALDI this year, keep this one in mind.

The casserole starts with soft mashed sweet potatoes and finishes with a thick praline-style topping that becomes caramelized and crunchy in the oven.

Previous shoppers have gone out of their way to stock up when it returns, and some describe it as one of their favorite ALDI holiday foods.

There is one important warning: this is sweet.

If you prefer savory roasted sweet potatoes, this probably isn’t what you’re looking for. Think Thanksgiving casserole bordering on dessert.

For people who like the classic sweet version, however, $4.99 is hard to argue with.

7. Specially Selected Brioche Stuffing — $1.49

7. Specially Selected Brioche Stuffing — $1.49

Returning Holiday Find

This might be the sleeper deal of October.

ALDI’s brioche stuffing has developed a following because the bread gives it more richness than basic boxed stuffing.

The Garlic Rosemary version is especially appealing if you’re serving turkey or chicken, while the Herb variety is easier to customize.

For $1.49, you can also afford to dress it up.

Use chicken stock instead of water, then add sautéed onion, celery, mushrooms, sausage or chopped apple.

It is the kind of inexpensive shortcut that can taste far less “boxed” with a few small additions.

8. Clancy’s Cheesy Garlic Bread Potato Chips — $1.99

8. Clancy's Cheesy Garlic Bread Potato Chips — $1.99

Returning Find

The name makes these sound like they should taste like a piece of cheesy garlic toast straight from the oven.

In reality, previous reviewers describe them more like cheddar-and-sour-cream chips with garlic layered into the seasoning.

That’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Some shoppers have found them extremely easy to finish, while others wished ALDI had gone heavier on both the cheese and garlic.

So don’t expect the boldest chip ALDI has ever sold.

At $1.99, though, they’re still one of October’s more interesting snack returns.

9. Clancy’s Italian Seasoning Potato Chips — $1.99

New Flavor

These arrive alongside the returning Cheesy Garlic Bread chips.

There isn’t enough shopper feedback yet to tell whether they will become a repeat buy, but the Italian-seasoning idea is interesting because it moves away from the usual barbecue, ranch and cheese flavors filling the snack aisle.

If the herbs come through clearly without becoming overly salty, these could be one of October’s sleeper snacks.

10. Benton’s Mini Palmiers — $2.99

10. Benton's Mini Palmiers — $2.99

Returning Find

ALDI’s little French-style palmiers are back in Original and Dark Chocolate.

The pastries are crisp, flaky and caramelized around the edges, almost like a cross between a cookie and laminated pastry.

We’d lean toward Dark Chocolate if you want something that feels less sweet, since the slight bitterness helps balance all of that caramelized sugar.

These are also an easy coffee snack when you don’t want a full dessert.

11. Tiramisu Dessert Bars — $3.49

Returning Find

Two individually portioned tiramisu-style bars for $3.49 is already a pretty good proposition.

The layers combine coffee-soaked cake, mascarpone-style cream and cocoa topping, giving you the basic flavors of tiramisu without buying a full tray.

Previous shoppers have specifically looked for these after they disappeared, which is usually a better sign than generic launch-day hype.

Keep them in the freezer for one of those nights when you want dessert but don’t need an entire cake sitting in the refrigerator.

12. Lemon Mascarpone Dessert Bars — $3.49

Returning Find

The Lemon Mascarpone version is the brighter counterpart to the tiramisu bars.

Instead of coffee and cocoa, this one uses lemon cake with mascarpone cream and a crumb topping.

If tiramisu sounds too rich after dinner, this is probably the better choice.

The citrus should help cut through the creamy filling and make the whole thing feel a little lighter.

13. Bremer Ranch Pickle Chips — $6.29

Returning Find

Frozen fried pickles are always a gamble.

The biggest challenge is getting the breading crisp before the pickle underneath releases too much moisture.

ALDI adds another twist by working ranch flavor directly into the breading.

Previous reactions have been mixed rather than universally glowing, which honestly makes sense for this kind of product.

We would use the air fryer instead of the microwave or even the oven if maximum crunch is the goal.

Fried-pickle fans will probably be curious enough to try them at least once.

14. Fusia Firecracker Shrimp — $6.29

Returning Find

This freezer meal originally appeared before 2026, so don’t mistake it for a brand-new release.

The idea is straightforward: shrimp, vegetables and a spicy Asian-style sauce in a quick frozen meal.

What we still haven’t seen is enough consistent shopper feedback to confidently tell you whether the shrimp stays tender or whether the sauce leans more sweet than spicy.

For now, we’d put this in the interesting enough to investigate category rather than automatically calling it a must-buy.

15. Fusia Sweet & Spicy Chicken — $6.29

Returning Find

The companion meal trades shrimp for chicken and goes after that familiar sweet-and-spicy takeout flavor.

At $6.29, the appeal is obvious if you want something sitting in the freezer for a night when ordering takeout feels unnecessary.

We’re waiting for more direct feedback on the chicken texture and sauce balance before putting it in the same category as ALDI’s proven seasonal favorites.

16. Fremont Fish Market Everything Seasoning Breaded Flounder — $6.99

New Flavor

ALDI already has experience with breaded flounder, but the Everything Seasoning version gives the mild white fish a much stronger flavor direction.

Garlic, onion, sesame and the rest of that familiar seasoning profile make sense with flounder because the fish itself isn’t particularly assertive.

This is another product where the air fryer should be your friend.

If the breading stays crisp without overpowering the fish, this could end up being a surprisingly useful freezer dinner.

17. Park Street Deli Apple Cheddar Chipotle Chicken Salad — $5.49

17. Park Street Deli Apple Cheddar Chipotle Chicken Salad — $5.49

New Fall Flavor

Apple, cheddar and chipotle sounds strange until you break it down.

You’ve got sweetness from apple, sharpness from cheddar and smoky heat from chipotle, all folded into creamy chicken salad.

That could either be one of the smartest flavor combinations in the deli case or a little too busy.

The real question is how strong the chipotle is.

If it stays smoky rather than aggressively hot, this could be excellent piled onto a croissant.

18. Park Street Deli Apricot Dill Chicken Salad — $5.49

New Fall Flavor

The second seasonal chicken salad takes a completely different route.

Apricot brings sweetness while dill pulls things in a fresher, more savory direction.

This feels like the one people are either going to love or immediately decide isn’t for them.

We’d skip plain sandwich bread and try it with crackers, a croissant or lettuce cups instead.

19. Emporium Selection Dutch-Style Fall Gouda — $4.49

New October Find

ALDI is releasing three unusual Dutch-style Gouda flavors:

  • Apple Pie
  • Maple Syrup Whiskey
  • Honey Clover Blue Fenugreek

The Apple Pie version is probably the easiest entry point, especially on a fall cheese board with apples and crackers.

Maple Syrup Whiskey sounds richer and more savory-sweet.

Honey Clover Blue Fenugreek may be the most interesting of all. Fenugreek naturally carries a slightly maple-like aroma, so the combination isn’t nearly as random as the name suggests.

Since these appear to be new, we’re not going to pretend shoppers have already reached a consensus.

But they are easily among October’s most interesting cheese releases.

20. Specially Selected Bronze-Cut Pasta — $3.49

New October Find

You can choose from Torchiette, Galletti and Gramigna.

The unusual shapes are fun, but the bigger selling point is that they’re bronze cut.

Bronze dies leave pasta with a rougher surface, which helps sauces cling instead of sliding off.

That makes these especially good candidates for thicker sauces like pesto, vodka sauce, sausage ragù or creamy tomato sauce.

At $3.49, they’re still inexpensive enough to experiment with.

21. Specially Selected Surf & Turf Fried Rice — $6.29

New October Find

Steak and shrimp in the same frozen fried rice is unusual at this price point.

The meal also includes vegetables and long-grain rice, so in theory it should work as a complete freezer dinner rather than just a side.

The big questions will be portioning and protein texture.

Does ALDI actually give you enough steak and shrimp to justify the “surf & turf” label?

That’s the part we’ll be watching once more shopper reviews come in.

22. Specially Selected Chinese-Style BBQ Pork Fried Rice — $6.29

New October Find

This version includes pork, scrambled egg, vegetables and a darker soy-style glaze.

Compared with the Surf & Turf version, this is probably the safer flavor combination.

BBQ pork and fried rice already belong together, so ALDI isn’t asking shoppers to take much of a culinary leap.

The success of this one will mostly come down to how much pork ends up in the bag and whether it stays tender after reheating.

23. Barissimo Pumpkin Spice Oat Milk Latte — $2.65

Newer Fall Drink

This is already shaping up to be one of October’s most divisive products.

Some early shoppers like the convenience and flavor.

Others think the pumpkin tastes artificial or find the oat milk noticeably processed.

At least one shopper reported an unpleasant sour note, although another possibility raised in the discussion was simply a bad can.

So this definitely isn’t a product we’d describe as universally loved.

If you’re picky about bottled or canned oat-milk coffee, buy one before stocking up.

24. Barissimo Peppermint Mocha Oat Milk Latte — $2.69

New October Find

ALDI apparently isn’t waiting for Halloween to end before moving into Christmas flavors.

Peppermint Mocha arrives in the same canned oat-milk latte lineup in late October.

It’s a funny transition point in the month: pumpkin spice on one shelf, peppermint mocha on the next.

There isn’t enough shopper feedback yet to judge the balance of coffee, chocolate and mint, but at $2.69 it isn’t an expensive experiment.

25. Barissimo Dubai Chocolate Ground Coffee — $7.99

New October Find

If you thought the Dubai chocolate trend was slowing down, ALDI would like a word.

The retailer is bringing the pistachio-and-chocolate idea into flavored ground coffee.

Whether that translates naturally into coffee is another question.

This is one where the aroma may matter just as much as what actually ends up in the cup.

It’s new enough that we’re not going to call it a fan favorite before people actually drink it, but it is certainly one of the most conversation-worthy products arriving this month.

26. ALDI Beignets To Go — $3.99

New October Find

Don’t go into these expecting hot New Orleans café beignets.

These are French-made, individually wrapped pastries with chocolate filling, which puts them closer to a portable filled pastry than a fresh fried beignet.

That distinction may actually make them more useful.

Because they’re individually wrapped, you can throw one into a lunch bag or keep the rest from going stale after opening the package.

There are six in the pack for $3.99.

A dusting of powdered sugar and a few seconds of warming could make these considerably more interesting.

27. Mama Cozzi’s The Big Dill Ham & Dill Pickle Pizza — $6.99

Returning Special Release

This pizza started life through an ALDI and Uber Eats Super Bowl promotion and is now getting a wider ALDI appearance.

The combination includes creamy dill sauce, cheese, ham, pickle slices and crushed red pepper.

It sounds chaotic, but the flavor logic is actually pretty solid.

Ham brings salt, pickles bring acidity, cheese brings richness and dill ties everything together.

The only concern we’d have is moisture from the pickles softening the crust.

Still, this is exactly the sort of weird ALDI pizza that people will buy just because they need to know.

28. Southern Grove Brookie Trail Mix — $4.89

Returning October Find

Calling this “trail mix” is being generous.

The bag contains things like brownie-cookie pieces, chocolate chips, fudge cups and cookies-and-cream bites mixed with honey-roasted peanuts.

In other words, it’s dessert with enough peanuts to technically hang out in the trail-mix aisle.

The salty nuts are probably important here because otherwise this could become overwhelmingly sweet.

If your idea of trail mix involves raisins and almonds, keep walking.

If it involves brownie pieces, you’ve found your bag.

29. Clancy’s Cinnamon Bun Covered Pretzels — $2.99

Returning October Find

These are another 2025 product making a comeback.

And unlike some seasonal products where enthusiasm seems manufactured by launch coverage, actual shoppers have described these as dangerously easy to keep eating.

That makes sense.

You get the crunch and salt of a pretzel underneath a sweet cinnamon-bun-style coating.

It’s essentially the snack version of the sweet-and-salty combination that makes chocolate-covered pretzels work so well.

At $2.99, this is one of the stronger returning snack buys of the month.

30. Season’s Choice Pre-Portioned Garlic, Basil & Ginger Cubes — $2.79

Returning Find

These are nowhere near as exciting to photograph as pumpkin-shaped pizzas.

They may also be one of the most useful things ALDI sells this month.

Each package contains frozen pre-portioned cubes, so you can add garlic, basil or ginger to a recipe without chopping anything or watching half a package of fresh herbs wilt in the refrigerator.

Previous shoppers use them in everything from soups and sauces to vinaigrettes, chicken and salmon.

This is the kind of ALDI Find you buy once out of curiosity and then miss when it disappears.

What We’d Grab First

October has enough novelty foods that it’s easy to fill a cart with things that look fun but may never become repeat purchases.

The products with the strongest history are a little different.

The Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli, Pumpkin Spice Brioche, Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese, Ghost Pizza, Sweet Potato Casserole, Brioche Stuffing, Cheesy Garlic Bread Chips and Spinach Artichoke Dip all have enough previous shopper feedback behind them that their return actually means something.

Then there are the wild cards.

We’re especially curious about the Dutch-Style Goudas, Surf & Turf Fried Rice, Dubai Chocolate Coffee, Beignets To Go and Thanksgiving Bake because they’re new enough that shoppers haven’t decided what they think yet.

And honestly, that’s part of what makes an ALDI run in October fun.

You can walk in for $1.49 stuffing and leave wondering how a maple-whiskey Gouda and dill-pickle pizza ended up in your cart.

Just remember that ALDI Finds can disappear quickly, and availability and prices can vary by location.
