  • Upload a copy of the invoice you used to pay for the services

Claim processing and reimbursement

To process your claim, Figo insurance company requires a list of all vets you have seen since the start of the policy or two years before inception. The list should include all emergency and specialty veterinary hospitals you have taken your pet to. Your vet may send the medical records to [email protected] or fax them to (773) 796-4907.

The claims processing starts once you have submitted all the necessary documentation. Usually, most claims processes do not go beyond 30 days. In most cases, you may get your claim processed within 7-10 days, depending on how fast you submit the supporting documents.

Figo allows you an average of 180 days to file a claim, but this time frame is standard across most states. To be safe, double-check the exact time limit in your state.
